What sizes do the prints come in?
Some prints are A4, but most of our prints come in sizes A3, A2, A1 & A0
A4 297 × 210 mm or (11.7" × 8.3")
A3 420 x 297mm (16.5" x 11.7")
A2 594mm x 420mm (23.4" x 16.5")
A1 841mm x 594mm (33.1" x 23.4")
A0 1189mm x 841mm (46.8" x 33.1")
Some dogs come in a square format in the following sizes:
297 x 297 mm - equivalent to A3
420 x 420 mm - equivalent to A2
594 x 594 mm - equivalent to A1
841 x 841 mm - equivalent to A0
Are the prints framed?
No. The prints will arrive unframed, rolled in a tube (A3, A2, A1 & A0)
For our A4 prints, they will be sent to you in an A4 hardback protective envelope.
What kind of paper do you print on?
Our A4 & A3 prints are all 300 gsm smooth matte white heavyweight paper.
Our A2, A1 & A0 prints are all 270 gsm premium matte white heavyweight paper.
Our A2 & A1 giclee fine art prints are all 100% cotton, 300 gsm, archival & exhibition quality paper, printed with fade resistant ink.
Which charities do you fundraise for?
As animal lovers, we love to collaborate with animal charities. So far we have raised much-needed funds for Cats Protection and Street Vet.

Are all the prints signed by Bob?
No. Only the special edition Charity prints are signed.
Are all the prints and products for charity?
No. The products that benefit a charity will either say so in the product description or will show the charity logo. We hope to work with more worthy causes in the future.
When will my order be shipped?
We dispatch orders twice a week, Tuesdays & Fridays and aim to ship orders within 5 working days, although at busy times of the year, i.e. Christmas it will take longer. If you are ordering a limited edition or signed print it could take up to 10 working days before your order is shipped. We have to fit in with Bob and his schedule, therefore a little patience is appreciated.
Orders returned to sender
Most of our orders (cards not included) are sent Royal Mail Signed For and you will be given a tracking number on dispatch. Orders such as these will need a signature. If you are not in, a card should be left with details where to pick up.
Parcels are kept for 18 days and will need collecting otherwise they will be returned to us.
Due to a high number of customers who do not collect their parcels, yet want them re-sent, we will now re-charge postage before they are sent out again.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
Personalised or signed artwork cannot be returned.
Any custom art print, i.e. a print in your chosen colourway cannot be returned, as all A2, A1 or A0 prints are custom printed to order.
To complete your return, we require an order number as proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
We will replace items if they are defective, damaged or in the case of clothing the wrong size. Exchanges on A2, A1 and A0 and personalised prints are not accepted as these items are custom printed to order.
Checkout problems
"I had a limited edition print in my cart, but when I reached the payment page, it had gone...?"
Apologies for this, but the Shopify cart operates a 'first to the checkout' style system. Although we realise how annoying and frustrating this is, there is nothing we can do to change this, Shopify controls the cart settings.

We hope you love our stuff, but if you do need to return your order, please contact us first for instructions HERE
Our larger A2, A1 and A0 prints are custom printed to order and returns are not accepted unless damaged.

Can I commission some artwork?
Yes, you can. If you would like your own dog, cat (or other animal) artwork containing past and present pet names please email your enquiry via our contact page.

Who are Wordynumnum?
Wordynumnum is owned and run by Roma Koisar & Lisa Matthews who met, back in the day at Art School in London. Amongst other things, we have taught both in the UK and overseas, designed props and costume for stage and television as well as designing accessories and menswear for private clients.
